What happens after I apply?

• You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
• We will assess your application within 8 weeks (this is the maximum period).
• In most cases, you will receive a response by email within a few working days.
• If your application is incomplete, the process will take longer.
• If your application is approved, you will receive an allocation decision from the Municipal Executive (Mayor and Aldermen).
• You then apply for the loan directly with SVn, following the instructions in the allocation decision.
• If the assessment is positive, you will be granted a Starter Loan and SVn will send you a loan offer.
